[Mainthread] iOS/iPad/iPhone - Password Incorrect or Unable to Login

I recently changed my password for battlenet due to an email saying there had been suspicious signin attempts. Once I changed it and tried to log back into Hearthstone on IOS, it repeatedly said that my password is incorrect and wouldn’t log me in, though I know for a fact it was correct and double checked it many times. I tried resetting the password again and that time the app itself bugged out and started saying “please restart the application” every time I would launch it. I uninstalled Hearthstone on iOS, reinstalled and then tried entering my password again and it is still saying incorrect password although I just tried my password on PC and managed to sign into Hearthstone so I know I am not entering it incorrectly. I even tried switching regions and then switching back and it still would not work. I’m lost at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I can’t help but I have the same problem and am waiting on a support ticket.

I’m also having this issue. I changed my password a bunch of times as it kept saying it was incorrect. Now I KNOW it is correct as a) I can log in here to the forum and b) log in on PC.

I’m on EU server. Can you let me know if they respond to your ticket? Assume it’s a server issue maybe.

I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling again tonight. Finally worked out of the blue. I’d recommend trying the same a few times and seeing the result if you haven’t already. Stuff like this often seems to fix itself at random.

It sounds like this may eventually resolve on it own after a bit. For those experiencing issues, could you try the following?

If it persists, please include the iOS device model and iOS version.

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this for almost a week now. Doing doing everything and reinstalling multiple time. It’s quite troublesome.

Having the same problem. Have reset, updated iOS, reinstalled Hearthstone, nothing works. I’m locked out, but the password is fine and works for other Blizzard games and this website obviously. On a 2018 6th gen iPad, iPadOS 13.4.

Is there any update on this issue yet? It’s been about 2 weeks since this error first occurred and I am still locked out of Hearthstone on my IOS device.

This issue is a bit tricky since its not happening on all iOS devices. I’ve checked a few of my personal devices and have not been able to replicate the login issues. The information requested is greatly appreciated for our quality assurance and compatibility teams to look into replicating this more effectively.

The process we take is to first gather information and reports. Once we have enough information and reports, we can have our team look into this issue further. Tried it all of the suggestions a couple times… I haven’t been able to log in for about 4 days now.

For the purposes of information, just wanted to say that my device is an iPhone XS Max and I think my iOS version is 13.4

Today i upgraded software on iOs 13.4.1. and still can’t log in…

Iphone XS with plenty of memory

When I press ‘sign-in’ the app just crashes, so may be slightly different to other posts I’ve seen here. I have tried to reinstall the app. It works fine on my iPad and on my mac.

I also cannot log in on my iPad or iPhone. I’ve reset my password and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. My device info:
