[Main Thread] SEA & Oceanic - Unable to Connect or Game Time Out

Hey, Visualence! We’re currently seeing issues with Singapore and Australia specifically. Updated the forum thread to get some traction to this thread :slight_smile:

So far we have confirmed the following internet providers where this routing issue occurs:

  • M1
  • SingTel
  • StarHub
  • iiNet Limited

We’ve found while attempting to connect to the Americas region is routing through Europe before reaching the servers. Our team is looking into this issue, and we’re gathering reports and information on the issue.

The connection test will show a high spike in latency on the las-b24-link.telia.net peering. The current workarounds to bypass this issue is to use an alternative connection, or while not support, using a VPN connection.

If you are on any of these ISPs listed, please include a WinMTR file until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
