[Main Thread] Network Problem while Loading Cards

the problem happens when you are connected to a home wifi. the only workaround for this is to connect to a 4G first, load the game, then reconnect to home wifi when you are going to start a game. that is if you don’t prefer using 4G for playing this game.

that’s how i am able to play the game in desktop and mobile.

Another one, this noon could play, now after several attempts nothing.
It happens to me on all servers.
After the update it happened to me only once, and the second one already entered without any problem, but now impossible.
It happens to me with the pc and with the mobile.

Hope Blizzard will give me back my MMR, because this is unacceptable!

Crashed in the middle of Battlegrounds… no reconnection happened. This is not for the first time. This week is literally killing me… this was such a good run tho.

GREAT PLAYER SUPPORT BLIZZ! Only thing that works is selling packs and heros.

Over 4 days, still happening.

  • Managed to solve it on PC by going to Settings on Battle.net app and reseting in-game options.

  • Not working at all on Android (deleting cache, deleting data, fresh install… to no avail).

I’m having the same issue on my surface tablet.

It has been almost 24 hours since the last update that said they’ve found the issue.

It’s still happening. I can’t get into the game at all without it saying there’s a network problem.

Another update would be nice.
