I’m a new player and i paid for the new expansion to try to rank in December now they have nerfed some cards, which made the deck I had made and not used as effective as before. Too bad that when they will fix I won’t have the dust to make other decks.

My iPad pro faces this in normal games, battlegrounds, and even solo runs.
I hope Blizzard will give his players some kind of present and refund for those who wasted money, or raged in this month. Otherwise, just know that you all as clients are only filth to their eyes.

i lost dozens of games because of d/c from my ipad. they really messed up this time.
Same, my issue is that when I touch the screen to play a card or browse over one, it kicks me out of the game. when I log back in, sometimes it goes straight back, others I have to go thru the process of starting a new game, than get kicked back to the front page and told I am being reconnected to a game in progress. When this one happens it is often turn 5 before I get a turn.

My support ticket just got its second response, after the first told me to back up and restore my iPad and I wrote back saying I’ve tried everything and there’s a whole thread filled with people having the same issue. Well, the second person just gave a link to Blizzard’s Troubleshooting Mobile Devices page where it lists all of the things I tried a month ago when all of this started happening.
Just so I know I’m not crazy, others of you have also done the backup/restore/reload with no effect, right?
Just wanted to pop-in here. We haven’t forgotten about this issue and have been checking on your reports. A fix for some of the iPad/iOS issues will be arriving with Patch 16.2 as mentioned on our Twitter post.
The response to this client breaking issue is pathetic. The dev team should be ashamed at their failure for letting this go unresolved for so long.
Most companies would consider a reproducible crash in their game to warrant an emergency fix. Suffice it to say over the past month my opinion of Blizzard has taken a nosedive.
Even if it was an issue with the Unity engine on which the game is coded and Blizzard had to wait for a vendor fix, the fact that the iPad client worked fine after the recent expansion and only broke with the balance change patch means it should have been trivial to roll back to a functional client but that Blizzard did not consider it a priority.
I absolutely agree with you. And when you see the problems with the battlegrounds mode on iOS and Android it’s not even funny anymore. Two months now and it’s still broken.
Other mobile games break things too sometimes, but they hotfix it like in one or two days and not MONTHS.
My app crashes about every 5 minutes. I usually only play the solo adventures, and it seems to really be struggling. I play on an IPad, and it is up to date
Reporting: frequent crashes since that December update, solo-mode only, iPad Pro 256GB without cellular, iOS 13.3. So it’s not just about memory, or multiplayer. I’m going to try the solution one person suggested about being on a different WiFi network, although I think it is has crashed even when I’ve been in other locations.
Oh great, is this patch 16.2 going to make it in 2020?

Someone should inform the people at Support (where tickets are sent/replied to). I’ve had three separate Gamemasters (I think that’s what they call themselves, or something similar) tell me they are unaware of any current issues affecting IOS devices.
Lol, the last one told me to let the developers know so they can be aware of it. I wanted to write back saying that’s exactly what I was hoping you could do being that you work there and have much more access than I do, but I finally just gave up and am going to keep the ticket closed. After at least a month I’m tired of dealing with it.
I get a consistent crash on my iphone from trying to press/hold to examine a cards details while, sometimes regardless of where; deck list, card buckets…
Happens many times and sometimes just because.
