Still crashing for me. iPad 2018 / iPadOS 13.3
I canāt , my shop is bugged
Surprised this hasnāt been patched yet. Running iPad Air. At the start of my games, the 1st card I play causes a crash and the app then relaunches and reconnects to the game, sometimes causing me to miss my first turn due to the shorter rope.
Also, I havenāt seen this mentioned on here but, going back into the app after a period of time and the game asks to āreconnectā: This feature never works. The app needs to be relaunched every time as the āreconnectā button simply loops and never does as its intended.
This has begun happening to me. 6th generation iPad, 2 GB memory. I had no trouble until January. Then For a week or so, I would have a crash some of the time playing my first card of the game. With the most recent balance patch, I crash in the collection or every turn in game. Tried uninstall/reinstall with no effect. Not a problem on my iPhone 7, which is older. But I play most on iPad, and itās unplayable!
Canāt believe they pushed out a patch today but no fix. Spent over 100 bucks on this expansion. Upset. Think Iām done
Donāt lose if the game crashes
In addition to the ongoing crash issues, is anyone else getting a consistent freeze/crash on opening the collection?
I was able to play yesterday (albeit with the crash/reconnect at the start of every game) and I can play games with decks Iāve already built - but so far today have been unable to open the collection at all.
Thankfully I have an android phone that (barely) runs HS so I can build decks there - but I canāt believe things seem to be getting still worse?!
Please please please can we get some official word on progress for a fix, a possible timescale or just some acknowledgement.
I understanding fixing takes time and isnāt predictable in terms of speed - but itās the ongoing silence thatās the most frustrating and disheartening.
This is not an issue not for those on older iPads. Itās happening to everyone, but because newer iPads can load the game up faster, you tend not to lose a turn over it if youāre quick.
I imagine on older pads this issue leads of frequent default losses. Quite stunned this hasnāt been fixed yet as itās a very serious technical problem.
Even after the latest nerf update, app on ipad still crashes
After the patch game just turns off itself in middle of the game from ipad
It happened already three times this morning and i am given up on comtinue playing.
Confirm, after the patch nothing has changed!
Iām using a rather new (June 2019) IPad gen 6 and at the moment I canāt even access the game. Have tried restarting IPad and reinstalling game, but nothing helps.
Itās been a few weeks the game crashes randomly.

Still touch screen crash bugs meā¦ it is almost a month that we have had to bear with this incompetence of programming
Cashing checks and leaving your customers hanging for weeks on end without a fix to your broken product or any updates: itās a good gig if you can get it.
Any update at all? The lack of communication is so frustrating.

I received an iPad 7th gen on Xmas, 80% of it to play hearthstone. Pre-purchased both bundles of the new xpac.
Please keep this bug up for at least another 1 month, itās been amazing so far.
The thrill of crashing EVERY single game is fantastic, makes climbing ladder extremely fun.
Missing turns is the new meta, you should consider taking a look at it for the next nerf patch that will not solve this issue.
Consider also adding crash mode (and turn timer) for the next solo aventure instead of heroic mode, it will be challenging and fun.
I play on a 6th Gen iPad (2GB RAM) with 30GB free space. Currently experiencing consistent crashing as soon as I start making my very first move in a match. Can generally reboot in time to make the move but please fix.
