Hope this gets fixed soon. Really annoying disconnecting in Battlegrounds with sometimes only 20 seconds to take your turn.
Itās from treasures from the tomb (october 4th) that I havenāt been able to play properly, bith with Android and ultimately with iOS!

So let me get this straightā¦ There are a bunch of nerfs coming, but the game is still unplayable for many on mobile devices. Not to mention that thereās still bundles for sale, with no mention that you may not be able to play.
Shouldnāt the priority be to fix the game so itās playable, THEN worry about another round of nerfs? Prioritiesā¦l
Same issue, iPad air 2. First card I draw, game kicks out. Have to reload. Almost lost games because of reconnect lag. Also seen my gold show as zero and weird error showing I didnāt have compatible deck, which I did have. Seems to be getting worse. Please fix soo. Blizzard
I understand the frustration, but youāre talking about completely different teams and resources - itās not like they can only do one or the other as the platform issues are handled by different people than balance.
I agree that some priority for fixing these issues (and some official communication would go a long way to ease frustration on that front) would be appreciated!
Itās been 18 days since first reported and 16 since acknowledged in a blue post. Understandably, some of that fell within the holidays, but you can hopefully understand why there is a lot of frustration. We, as players, are asked to report bugs and glitches, with the hope they can be resolved in a timely manner. I donāt think itās unreasonable for all of us affected to be upset at the response time of a an issue like.
This is ridiculous the game doesnāt even launch now. As soon as I open it, it closes immediately at the Innkeeperās Doors. Iāve uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times as well. Same deal.
And donāt forget to fix the contact issue!
I have a brand new iPad Pro 11ā which I bought specifically to play HS and surprisingly I get frustrated every game because of a stupid bug that a big company like Blizzard canāt deal with?
I actually donāt know what to say! I feel stupid for investing all the money on the new iPad and most importantly on card packs of an unplayable game!
Not to mention, the only app I have installed on my NEW iPAD PRO is hearthstone!
This is still an issue? This has made the game unplayable. Iām afraid to play an arena and lose because I miss 3 turns and itās next to impossible to ladderā¦ Is there any ETA on a fix or is the answer, Ipad Airs and anything with 2gigs RAM is no longer supported?
This iPad crashing issue is driving me insane. Has rendered the game almost unplayable. Never had issues like this before they updated software. Usually crashes when I attempt card selection during play. Game tryās to resume, sometimes I donāt reconnect in time and miss a turn. Could not be more frustrating.
Just chiming in hereā¦ I have also been experiencing problems on iPad since December, about the time a balance patch was issued. Lost a handful of arena games when game would crash on reconnect.
Crashing on reconnect doesnāt seem to happen anymore, but now I always crash once during every ranked game at the moment I touch one of my cards to play on my turn. Can usually reconnect before I lose my turn, but it is getting super annoying.
Crashes are frequent during an arena draft. I will usually crash 5-6 times before managing to complete a draft.
I also crash sometimes when magnifying a card (in order to craft it) while browsing my card collection.
Have never experienced a crash while playing Battlegrounds. Love the game, but iPad is my primary play device and my annoyance level is rapidly rising.
Having similar problems (EDIT: on a 2017 10.5" iPad Pro). I donāt crash every game, but itās pretty frequent. So far Iāve always been able to log back in and finish the turn before the rope burns out, but Iāve been lucky.
I assume a patch is coming soon (to launch Galakrondās Rising), so Iām hoping for improvement thenā¦
Itās not an issue of inadequate device specifications. You could go out to an Apple store today and buy a brand new iPad off the shelf (some posters above have done this very thing), and Hearthstone would still crash and be unplayable. I have an iPad Pro and also have had to play on my phone for weeks now.
Itās clear Blizzard didnāt test the latest iPad build at all before release, except maybe Battlegrounds. Iād like to know what the heck āQAā in QA Department stands for at Blizzard. Itās supposed to be Quality Assurance, not Quality After-the-fact.
Why pay people to do QA when you can get your customers to pay YOU to do QA?
I hope you are going to push out a cumulative update within next days, together with announced balance changes. Because up to know itās unplayable.
Iām disappointed, holidays are gone and I couldnāt play on iPad which is my main device for HS.

Unfortunately Iāve noticed a drop of quality in your latest updates, this was the worst one but there are many things that arenāt working properly anymoreā¦comes to my mind the ghost chat and the portraits during hero selection that sometimes overlap in funny ways.
Well, waiting for newsā¦and thanks for your efforts, must be a serious issue if itās still unsolved after a month.
