I just come back Hearthstone and update the last patch. When I’m opening the Collection, i recognized there are didn’t selection button to pick class and view Class Card on my Collection. Card Crafting does not work, too.
How can fix this error? thank you so much.

Hallo, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable X86 installieren dann sollte es wieder klappen. Das alte runter deinstallieren.
hallo, du hast also alle alten versionen von Microsoft Visual C++ deinstalliert und nur die 2015-2022 version behalten?
ich hab das problem immer noch. Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable X86 hab ich die neuste version und es hat null geholfen.
i got the solution man downlaod all visual from 2005 package until now u can find one in all at major geeks it worked for me after week all shop close and collection bug thank me later after that i think everyone gonna get his shop back and also the lastest version of net framewrok
