Lost Packs during opening

So I was opening packs during my private fireside gathering, pressing space. due to pity tracker being not ready for ROS, I used a notepad to keep track of the packs i do have. during my experience of opening packs, I saw repeatedly pressing space, and the counter would skip several times. I wanted to be sure this is just a visual glitch, and not an actual bug in the system.

Because I paid for both preorders for the 50 and 80 sets, with the free ROS pack from the recent tavern brawl, I should have a total of 131 packs. however my collection, filtering only by ROS cards, and by right clicking into each card, I only have counted a total of 591 cards. However I cannot tell if i have all 655 cards that i should be getting, as a large amount of my ROS collection has stacks of 9+ copies. Since all the cards have not been released, I cannot extrapolate my exact number of extras due to the mass dusting function being disabled.

If it is possible, can you please take a look into my collection to see if I have all 655 cards from ROS, and if the system did drop my packs, could I please be given the missing packs. I paid for to preorder 130 and opened 125 of an expected 131 packs.

Nobody on this forum has access to account data. You’ll need to go through customer support if you want your account checked.

That being said, there is (cumbersome) way to check the exact amount of copies you have of cards where the collection manager shows 9+. This method is to use the filter. If you type “Owned:10” you will only see cards where you own exactly 10 copies. Change that to “Owned:11” and you’ll get the ones where you have 11. And so on.
Not really easy, but it might be faster than waiting for customer service to respond to your ticket.

You lost nothing. The bug is, that clicking Space Bar makes you open 2 packs at the same time, but you are only shown 1 outcome. Do not worry, the cards from other pack are still added to your collection.
