Hi, i just had a little bug with Hs, i openned the battlegrounds menu and suddenly i won a free standard pack, then the game froze at a grey screen…then i restarted the game but no packs…can someone help me ?

Same here. Happened few hours ago.
Iam very interested because have re installed the game a week ago. There is a free pack and a deck for one dollar … I cant see , freeze my game.
I get also a notification, but no offer in shop …
Did you update your client and restart?
I restart several times the app (tablet) and also log out and login again.
Look later on PC.
EDIT:
On PC: I saw 
on tabs Packs and Mini-Sets, but there was no new offers …
