Just today, when I try to open the client in Windows 10 it doesn’t fully log me in and i’m staring at the splash screen graphic. After a minute or two Windows says the application isnt’ responding and asked me to close it. When i close it and reopen, then i can log in.

Let’s go ahead and have you post a ‘DxDiag’ so we can further investigate the problem. Here are the instructions:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the DXDiag. It’ll look like this:

Well, let me say i’m a system engineer of 26 years. This is nothing wrong with my system. This just started with the latest build, but here is my Direct X diag
Also, it’s happened to me a couple times including just now. i have to alt+f4 to kill and reopen then it let me in.
Also, since about the patch or two before this, every once in a while when a game ends, the screen dims while the fireworks are going off, the then the game freezes and I’m unable to get back to the start interface to start a new game. I also then have to kill the process and re-login to the game.
