Login issue on Android device

Hello everyone!

Today, when I tried to log into Health from my Android device, the Chrome browser opened, asking me to sign in with my Battle.net account.

After signing in, the browser closed, but after a short while, it reopened with the same request. It seems like something is going wrong during the authentication process, causing it to loop.

I cleared the game cache, rebooted the device, but the issue persists.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this situation?

Changing the default browser to Firefox on my Galaxy S23 fixed this for me.

This is probably an old issue. I tend to use my phone for just a single server lately so I don’t have to keep returning to the login screen. What I found in the past was if the phone flipped from landscape to portrait, the game would ask for your login information again. If your phone is set to auto rotate, be careful about how you hold it and keep it in the orientation you’d play Hearthstone in.
