Dear Blizzard team,
Players who earn Legendary ranking do not need more cards - they need recognition. Give them a unique card back.

i assume you mean per month? because there’s already a Legend card back when you hit legend for the first time (which I never have).

and as murghoul said…legend card back already exist(although its a blend one that lack shine)
The classic position of someone who wants to have their ego continually stroked.
If they add a monthly special cardback for people who get to legend, I can tell you there will be people MAD about bot being able to get to legend every single month.
In HS there are collectionist addicts who would prefer the game to not have any sort of achievement/reward just so they can say they completed the game 100%.
The other face of the medal is people who would want a special reward that they and only they can have, to feel more special than the rest.
Blizzard can’t satisfy both, but what they can do is selling cosmetics for $, removing the skill/time cap, so the first category can get everything for money, while releasing time limited cosmetics to appeal the second category.
I remember when blizzard had the audacity to sell a very old card back for 500 gold and the first category was happy while the second one was screaming 
or when they gifted Tyrande (that’s probably the reason why old stuff isn’t coming back so often)
