Legendary cards, from regular to gold

Hearthstone needs a new method of crafting regular and golden legendary cards should be implemented. Players like me, who enjoy hearthstone occasionally but don’t want to empty everything out of my bank for them, receive legendary cards about twice a week. This means to craft a specific regular legendary, it will take two weeks to have enough dust if only disenchanting other legendary cards.

I was wanting to craft golden copies of the Old Gods (N’zoth, Yogg, and C’thun only), from darkmoon faire and old gods expansion, and the value needed was 5 golden cards (I have one golden n’zoth already). This means if I was willing to disenchant the old gods I already have I would get 4 x 400 = 1600 dust (as you cant disenchant C’thun of Old God expansion). However I would require 5 x 3200 = 16000 dust, which would require 36 other disenchantable legendary cards.

FOR 5 GOLDEN LEGENDARY CARDS I HAVE TO TRADE 40 REGULAR LEGENDARY CARDS!!!

This is absolutely broken when you scale up these dust percentages.

Hearthstone can you at least implement some kind of system where if you have a legendary already, it takes less dust to upgrade it into a golden form.

Also just something else to ponder, if you were to dust your entire collection of legendary cards at normal dust rate, you would lose 75% of your collection and only be able to recoup 25%.

I get that this is how you make money blizzard but could you be a little understanding to just how expensive these cards are becoming. The amount of legendary cards is only increasing while the rate at which you earn legendary cards, if you are not altering payment, remains the same.

Is it possible that blizzard is going to change this? That is up to us.

why would anyone dust 40 legendary cards to craft 5 luxury legendary cards? :joy:

Golden legendary cards are there to appeal whales and people who can spend a lot of money into the game, they aren’t for casual players who dust cards to make new ones

If I am not wrong, they want to implement it, not sure when but probably this year

they really need to fix this: with 10 classes and the same pity timer it isn’t easy to keep up, even if they are now gifting us 3 legendary per expansion.

It’s the exchange rate, if you want to make mocking emojis, do it at the company who came up with it, not the person who pointed it out. Trolling emojis should get an auto ban.

And of course, all the power in the universe, the world, and everything prevents them from doing it now…because reasons. That’s more sus than the the crew member standing over the body claiming it was the guy on the other side of the ship.

Out of 22, not counting the ones from the mini set. Not all that generous, considering how much you have to spend to get the rest.
