Legend with Control Warrior

You would know if you actually read the post written by blizzard i linked in the OP post

You’ve got to answer my question.

What is high rank to you

I need to know when it starts counting.

Don’t waste your time with him^^

Diamond and higher, under that people make massive mistakes and inflating winrate% because of human mistakes

So you believe that it’s literally impossible for anyone to win more than 55% of their games, starting at diamond rank ?

Yes assuming you played more then 30+ games, you will not have over 55% winrate

Again im sorry to say but not everyone sucks like you and blames others for their lack of skill.

Thats played at low rank, so its irrelevant

So that means that even a Grand Master player, who consistently make it into the top 100 won’t be able to win more than 55% of his games against the mediocre diamond players ?

So you are playing at a 50% WR, he is at best playing at 54% against the same opponents, therefore there is only a 4% WR difference between you, every other diamond players and the best of the best ? Is that correct ?

Yes, the reason why people get to rank 1 legend is because they can maintain the 55% winrate and play massive amount of games.

3-4% is big difference when you play 500+ / 1000+ games

Except that high legend opponents are a billion times better than your diamond 10 opponents.

So 55% WR at top 100 Legend is like 90% in diamond. Even better, probably.

For a good player, diamond rank is literally omega dumpster. A great player will farm diamond like it’s silver rank, makes no difference.

It’s irrelevant the system simply wont let you have much over 55% winrate its irrelevant how good you are, i don’t know why you are trying to argue against it when its literally what blizzard says in the post

Yes you’re right, that is when you hit your peak potential.

The system tries to match you with equal opponents based on your MMR. If 2 equal players face eachother, they should win 50% of the time.

However, when you are playing games based on your RANK and not MMR, the better player shall win much more than 55% of his games.

Just because 2 guys are in D5, that doesn’t mean their skills are equal, as opposed to 2 players within the same MMR range in Legend, they should have somewhat similar skills.

Bronze player that cant reach legend tells a bunch of veteran Legend player how the game works lmao.
What a sad display, i win 20 games in a row from bronze and im close to Legend you have no idea how mmr and bonus star works we dont stay in Bronze like you…

You don’t seem to understand we are not talking about bronze rank games here, you will never have over 55% winrate at high rank with over 30 games

What the hell do you mean by that?

Yeah I have a chip on my shoulder about people who look down on aggro players, but if it was so braindead compared to other styles, how come I can do just as well if not better with different things?

I did something very similar with Barrens Priest too.

There is no discernable skill floor/cap difference between aggro and control, as far as I can tell from 3 years of experience. Its just all about learning the decks and learning the matchups.

I couldnt have put it better myselve.

Whatever dude. The stats don’t lie!

Indeed they dont Aggro is still the most brain dead thing to ever have graced this game.

No matter how much it pains you ,no matter how many ironic Control climbs you do it will never reach the complete lack of synaptic activity present there.

But hey good news Pirate Warrior might be viable again soon in standard , time for another spin at a brain dead deck.

What a nuanced and well thought through post.

Hilarious how you asked for evidence and then just dismissed the truth behind it out of hand.
