I purchased the Starcraft 2 Legacy of the Void digital deluxe edition and did not receive the cardback reward in Hearthstone. I did recieve the other promotional items for other games, but not this specific one. I have logged out and back in, restarted, opened both games, played a little, repaired install, and nothing registers it. It has been more than three days since I tried to resolve it.

No.Now I even think that this cardback will not be issued at all. 
Same issue but with another card back called “Blizzard 2014” (from blizzcon 2014)
Same issue but with the Overwatch Cardback. Got the Hearthstone pfp in Overwatch though

Same thing happened for me. Got all the rewards in starcraft but didnt get the card back. Was told from support to post here since it’s a bug and they cant help until they fix it.
