Leaving the game till warrior is nerfed

I’m probably the wrong person to say this but it’s alright for anyone to take a break from video games and prioritize life a little.

For what it’s worth though, even if it’s just everyone having Free for all arguments on the internet XD. Most of you guys are pretty literate. A lot of most people i meet today are just kinda like “ME MAD, U STUPID! GIB ME EVYTHING NOW CUZ ME DESERVE 300$ HR for being pretty, no degree, no job!” kinda antics.

I mean, sure we’re all guilty of using it to yell at each other on the internet and/or get frusterated at times. But it’s just a game. A game that cut already a paltry 50 cents f2p gold a day from a 10-30 minute effort into a +3-7 hr/week one.

But i do admit the cards are fun, but yeah hearthstone is definitely becoming a bit more life unfriendly and i see how staked interests can be when losing a 8000-30,000 dust deck in a game that gives you 50 dust’s worth a day… (160-600 days to pay for a deck)… Can get people territorial about nerfs.

The meta is more fun when decks cycle but at the same time the economic bombshell + quest time bloat definitely feels like the monetization might be getting at odds with the game. Instead of people focusing on having fun with lots of decks, people might end up feeling like they’re maybe dependent on their deck surviving or if they’re having fun.

I guess at least it’s cheaper than mtg where a tournament deck can start at '200$ for budget, 1000$ for competitive". But we also don’t get cash prizes or much of a reason free to distribute pixels should have 300-600$ console level prices for a 1-12 month deck.

Gj bro, you overtook me xD I’m still lowrolling, it’s unbelievable

I’ve got a couple of observations based on your post.

1 - you are an a**hole
2 - he is much smarter than you
3 - you are a condescending prick. I bet that if you try to talk like this in real life, you are either going to be slapped all the way to China or just find yourself alone
4 - Basing your life on “defeating trolls” sounds incredibly pathetic. Find some meaning… do something for others for a change

P.S. Stop posting for a while, you ghowl

The problem is not that warrior isnt counterable, the problem with warrior is that it kills any other type of control deck just like wheel of death dis as well. It limits the game so much and variety in the game.

People play decks that hard loses to warrior cause they like a longer game playstyle, a style where they get to play their deck and not have it deleted, Decks that delete other ppls deck have been known for the good ole sentiment nerf, i.e. tickatus and mill druid and boomboss/brann is the same thing.

Millstone/armagedon/fissure decks arent a good thing for hearthstone.

Edit: though mill druid had become i believe tier one

This is not a new thing, it’s the general rule. Usually among the control decks there is one that has the best game plan against other control decks. At every single point in the game’s existence, either control wasn’t viable as an archetype at all, or people with crappy control decks have been crying online about the best control deck making it so that they can’t play.

Nerfing Warrior wouldn’t fix this problem at all, and I think you know that. You mentioned Wheellock, after all. Nerf the best control deck, and the control deck with the next best win condition would just take over the throne and all the online criers would have a new thing to cry about.

If you like playing control decks, but your theory about control decks is that win conditions don’t or shouldn’t matter, then your theory sucks and it will always suck. Win conditions separate the good control decks from the bad and no amount of online complaining will ever change that.
