Battelgrounds lags very often, and it disconnects me from games all the time. Most of the times it’s not possible to rejoin the game, so I also lose the score all. Battelgrounds is not a beta anymore and it’s also a paid feature, so you should fix it asap, and not detract points for games lost because of disconnection. It’s unfair and unnerving.
I’m getting the same, but it’s everything, not just Hearthstone. I log out completely every 20 minutes or so for no reason. I have tried putting in a ticket just to receive a generic reply and have the ticket closed.
They dont make fixes like that. This game has always had issues with the animations lagging and sucking making it so you just miss half your turn. It is why people exploit to skip battle phases.
