it nukes entire decks and there is no way to prevent it from happening
there is no way to get the cards it destroys back and it doesnt have a limit on how many cards it destroys

I am not prepared to say that it is broken, but it does ruin lots of fun things in Wild.
That may very well be true… but the ‘new is better than old’ statement that you’re standing behind isn’t particularly convincing either.
If steam cleaner is broken, why isnt it main decked?
You are a literal troll at this point.
I did not make that statement, you did. You are saying old is better than new.
I said I like this game and am having fun. I like both. I said it is different.
If we were going to revolt about “breaking fundamental rules” it should have happened several years ago, honestly.
Either embrace the broken fun of it all or play a different game, but there is no turning back from where the game is.
It really doesnt.
Its an ETC inclusion in very few decks. No meta-relevannt deck is main decking SC because its just that bad!
It is not wrecking many meta -relevant decks either, but that is not the point. People that see it or run it are usually playing much more for fun and interest than for competitive reasons.
It does destroy many fun things in the game.
It really doesnt. Its such a niche inclusion that it simply cant destroy anything “fun”
that thing doesnt have a limit it can destroy entire decks it can destroy 30-60 cards on its own (i played cards like renounce darkness and tony before)
i enjoyed previous standard year a lot because it didnt had steamcleaner without fear of losing my entire deck to 1 card
it shouldnt destroy more than 5 or affect your own deck to counter bombs and plagues
because the game lacks a way to get our destroyed cards back into our decks
So, as expected, you’re totally clueless to reality.
I shouldnt be surprised considering you are the most contrarian poster on these forums, yet here we are.
I think we can all agree the rules of hearthstone have been bent long ago. 10 extra health, 10 extra cards, double battlecries, mana ramps, one sided board wipes, double the stats of all minions. Kil’Jaeden is just the new flavor and like the other cards it’s not going away. Adapt or find a new game. In a year there will be more outrageous cards that will make Kil’Jaeden seem like childs play.
Im always hoping for something better but you sound more like reality there lol
Indeed.
We can instead complain about Dr Boom version11 in 2026?
ehh
why are you comparing kiljkaeden with a card we used to play our best cards multiple times each game ?
…Fizzle?
Because It was a bad comparison and more a vent.
That’s because very few people are smart
K’J literally IS a tool of attrition, in multiple ways, all clearly stated multiple times
Now, is it also, at the same time, a tool AGAINST attrition? Yes, it is! And that’s because fatique is such a phenomenom that it attacks both, so both perspectives can be true at the same time.
So, yeah, this argument is pointless, and anyone disagreeing isn’t being very smart.
Then why did you try to censor people in Wild threads for speaking about wild because they weren’t playing wild? That was hypocritical.
And by censor, you mean question the relevancy/value of an opinion that has little to no actual real experience on the subject.
And by people, you mean only yourself and all those personalities in that head of yours.
There. I fixed it.
I have been playing wild ladder exclusively for years until the fizzle nerf destroyed half the decks i was playing.
Intimate knowledge of nearly all possible matchups and niche decks one would face in wild at the time and tens of thousands of matches gave me the privilege of actually knowing what i was talking about in wild.
Okay so I guess it isn’t hypothetical anymore, it seems Archduid of Thorns Warlock is burning out armor DH via fatigue through the DH demon portal…
I removed Kil’Jaeden from my deck. Tired of holding a card all game that I hardly ever play. Games are usually over by the time I have any chance to play it.
