I Keep getting DC from battlegrounds duo.
After I close the game and restart I get stuck on the reconecting screen.
These problems started yesterday evening.
Before these problems started, I played multiple games without any issues.

Same problem. After every buy fase, I get the “You were disconnected from the game. Reconnecting…”

Same! Happened in 3 games in a row now: turn doesnt end(stuck on roping), after some minutes i get the “trying to reconnect message” and after a long long time(probably 5 min, or so) I get “unable to reconnect” msg. I dont lose mmr because of that, but its extremely annoying. I cant believe such a huge company like Blizzard cant fix simple multiplayer issues like this, what the heck is this? Very, very dissapointing

Upvote, 11:34am 4/18/24 eastern server disconnects hangs on reconnect, then game freezes completely. Taking minimum drop time just to restart game.

The same has been happening to me since about the time of OPs post. Stuck after the buying phase. Duos is Currently unplayable, after dropping 500 rating from being disconnected numerous times. If you care for climbing the ladder stay away until it is fixed.

Same thing is happening to me. No problems yesterday then this morning had a couple games time out and get stuck at resuming game… Waited a while and tried another game just now and same thing. I hope this gets fixed soon.

same. Also shop is not available and hearthstone doesnt load if is not my main screen, if im alt tabing while is loading screen, it dcd. Many instances of lag while animation happens even in normal HS mode.
I am also being disconnected from Battlegrounds Duos after the shop phase on my iPhone. Rope does not end and start the battle. If I try to restart the app the “Reconnecting” screen shows, maybe until the game is finished on the server.
I too am constantly getting game crashes when I’m trying to do duo BG’s
Happens to me too, sometimes client freezes, sometimes it’s straight crash to the desktop within one second. Cannot climb like this, I had to concede few games because of few lost turns.

It happens only on Duos, I do have kicks on regular BGs but they are related to my terrible internet provider and the game usually reconnects itself after 5-20sec, unlike on duos, where it takes me over a minute to come back to game every time it crashes.
dont sure if this maybe solve the issue, but in my bnet client i had set my status as AUS, i change that into Connected, and at least the discconect ratio decreased.
The spectate function of battlegrounds Duo is completely broken and pretty much guaranteed to crash while spectating. It also seems that if being spectated and you crash the spectate prevents returning to the game.
