Just completed Dalaran Heist with no card packs rewarded

Yesterday, I posted to blizzard and this is the response:

GMs have very limited power over hearthstone. Right here I could confirm that you’ve finished the first wing, but I couldn’t tell if it was just done, or was it the first time – only first clear grants the 3-pack reward.

Though sorry, but for this particular case, we GMs do not have enough information to assist. If you could bring it to the forum, the Devs should be able to see more stuff using their advanced tools.

Dalaran Heist awards packs in each wing after you first defeat the first 4 bosses, not when you complete the wing. So if you beat 4 bosses one day, come back the next day to complete it, you might not have noticed the reward. Also, if you loose to the 5th boss, try again, and again, then completing the wing could be weeks after you did receive the reward.
