Just one more complaint about how scummy this company is. Gotta voice it somewhere, and I encourage others to do so in their own threads too so they can see visibly that they are creating negetive impact about their product. I won’t be spending any more money on Blizz products again until things seem fair.

I completely agree. Blizzard is just wanting to suck that dollar from it’s players to get what use to be a earned Hero Skin. But now it is sucking all the earned items to pay to play form Hero Skins to the Bought Runestones. This just sucks. The whole BG 2 update is a complete miss.

yes things cost the same but you are forced to spend more to access them. i used to be able to spend 2$ to enter an arena run. now im forced to spend 5$. so yahhh its the same prices but the cost is very different.

It would be more constructive if you changed your thread title from “RE: Runestones” to “RE: Gold”
Gold is the real issue here. Runestones were inevitable, and are necessary for the mobile market. I know it’s been a long time since that BlizzCon, but people keep forgetting they have phones.
If you want to complain about them removing a lot of the F2P perks, then I fully support you. Gold needs to retain its value.
That’s assuming you are only ever going to play arena once for the rest of your life. The runestones don’t expire. Yes. I agree that it can be annoying, but it’s a necessary change due to the way mobile marketplaces and credit processors charge their transaction fees. It sucks for everyone, including Blizzard, but they chose the lesser of the evils. They could have just raised the prices.
No, and no. Played since the beginning, and at no point did I sit there going “you know what this game needs? The failed multi currency system from HoTS!” Just ignore all the other glaring issues with the game, what it really needs is a huge diablow immoral pay more mortals soulless microtransaction system ported in! THAT will boost the game!

I’m not a soulless, scumbag exec who said “we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing” in regard to years of sexual misconduct in my workplace, and got bought out by an even scummier company and had the convenient timing to have the workplace suit settled for less than half of what weinstien paid for the same crimes (to say nothing of execs making timely donations to a governor’s political campaign and that governor’s interference in the state investigation)…and no jail time for anyone.
Since we’re speaking about things that “had to be dealt with.”
Then again, I wouldn’t be an exec full of a company of sexual predators, and gacha games. But that’s just me.
Pretty sure the people defending the scummy company are paying more than they realize.
