I was not able to reconnect once. This is absurd. Blizzard, your game is broken, despite all your “hotfixes” this is the worst connection issue I’ve personally ever had while playing BGs.

From all the forum posts and myself included it makes me wonder if they moved the servers off shore somewhere.

Same thing happened to me, It just disconnects you and then will never reconnect. At least it doesn’t seem to be dropping rating when it happens.

Hangs at the end of recruit phase for >10 minutes.
That’s how long I waited to see if it would carryon or DC before quitting.
4 out of 7 games so far tonight.
I’m uninstalling until this is fixed.

I have had a similar experience. The game keeps kicking me, then i eventually log back in, and of course, I’m either in last place because the game refuses to let me back in.
for right now I can only tell you that I can play normal when i’m playing on my mobile phone. Not one single game i got dc’ed, so it got to be something with servers on pc sided clients or something like this. But it’s still annoying af, cuz can’t really play APM on smartphone :s

I came here to see if I was the only one having this problem. I probably get DC’d in about a third of my games, and of course it always seems to happen when I’m going to finish strong.
And also I can’t even start a new game because every time I restart Hearthstone it gives me the “You were disconnected from your game. Attempting to reconnect.” message and it won’t let me back out of that until it finally gives up about 10 to 15 minutes later.

This could be fixed by deleting the cache folders.

Delete these folders:
- Battle.net
- Battle.net_components
- Blizzard Entertainment
If this doesn’t work try to reinstall the game.
same issue here, at first I thought it was a computer issue, but ive been consistently getting disconnected mid game while watching it in the background, and even just having the game decide it doesnt want to work anymore and sitting at the recruiting phase, i genuinely cannot play, it has been broken somehow.
Nope. I get dc every single BG on mobile.

Just happened to me… again. Hung up as the timer ran out at the end of the recruit phase. Was playing on my PC so I exited and tried to get back in on my phone. “You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting…” but it never does.
Same thing for me, 8th time now, it is absurd.

I confirmed it! It started happening a day ago.
I was playing a BG game with Galewing, and the problem started when I was on turn 8.
I logged out and logged back in, thinking that maybe my network connection was down (?!)
But no! Now you guys have made me realize that it’s not my fault. It’s Blizzard’s fault!
Usually happens around turn 10 so if you make it past it hopefully it will work haha
Ya this sucks, HS BGs is my go to game to play while multitasking. Until they fix this I think I’m just going to not play HS and play Monster Train 2.
Game is unplayable for me with lag and constant disconnects. The last few patches have done nothing but make it worse. Game is slow to load, slow during menu interaction, slow to process moves, and d/c without reconnect constantly. GG
The salt on the wound here is that if the game cannot reconnect you to the game you were disconnected from, you have to either wait 20+ minutes until the game decides to give up by itself, or tell you to close the game and stop playing altogether until it decides to give up reconnecting by itself.
Well the problem just got way worse. I time out searching for a game most of the time and when I do finally get a game it DC’s within the first few turns.
