Issues on MacOS still Persist Scan & Repair Not a Fix

I am still experiencing issues on MacOS including many missing textures, extreme lag, and game-breaking client issues. Scan & Repair does not fix the problems for me. It scans, says no issues were found, and ends. I have even tried completely deleting Hearthstone and reinstalling it from scratch. That did not fix the issue either. I am running MacOS Sonoma 14.3.1

I have the same issue. But only on my Intel Mac. My M2 Mac plays just fine.

I just tried a complete delete and re-install and that worked.
