I have been playing on/off for the last few years, only really coming back regularly this month, and have grown disappointed I missed some of the first shop-skins I would actually spend money on. Do those re-enter the shop every so often or am I now stuck in this regret?

A long time ago, they promised to make them regularly available for gold.
And while they aren’t as regular as well…regular would suggest, they do appear from time to time.
They really should make it a point to have them in twice a month for two weeks. Minimum.
check the shop every day till they show up. That’s what I did.
A little unnecessary. The shop only updates every Tuesday [with rare exceptions, sometimes on Thursday]. So check on Tuesdays.
