I was confused about the version because wikipedia Battle.net page is saying it’s 2.3.1.13029. And I couldn’t find any official website saying which version is the latest.

there might be a way to do it through the b . net shop … not fully sure if you can directly gift it, though you may be able to do like a gift card/balance type thing and allow the gift recipient to do the “heavy lifting” of selecting the bundle from the hearthstone in-game shop
