iPhone Battle.net app login

I’ve been having the login issue on iPhone and am unable to find a solution. I can see lots of threads with the same issues but i can’t find the resolution. the threads just end.

For me, what happens is i open the app and enter my credentials (credentials that work everywhere else i log in). when i tap the login button i am prompted to allow the app to open the website where i’m brought to the same login screen but in an in app browser window. I login there as well, which does work and takes me to my account page in the app window. I can close the widow to exit to the main app again but i’m back to the login page.

My theory is that the inapp browser isn’t properly connected to push credentials back to the app. It thinks its a web session.

Is there a workaround?

I have a similar problem with logging in on hearthstone on iPhone 14pro. After reinstalling the app and downloading the patch (two times about 3gb) it says

CLOSED
Couldn’t log in using battle net
Restart app

Restarting app doesn’t work.

Please assist.

Hi, I have the same problem on iPhone 15 Pro Max. When I try to log in to the Battle.net, the message appears: “Your accounts cannot be merged due to conflicting game accounts”. I don’t know what does this mean. I have one account in Battle.net.
