iPad Pro- will not initialize after inGame update

Seems to happen a lot more now.
After starting the Game App, a quick prompt will begin an in-game update downloading before initializing.
But then after, nothing happens.
Remains stuck on Tavern Doors, and will not initialize.

Cannot work with any cache files, because none are offered on iPad.
Have performed Hard Restarts of iPad for clearing cache, deleted app and data and reinstalled multiple times (on 4th time now)…and still nothing.

A few times it pops up a code in top right corner stating:

HS:CT;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0

Other games work fine.
Can initialize and sign in to Diablo Immortal just fine, so nothing wrong with my Blizzard Account or Authentication.
Have well over 160G of memory free still.
Nothing wrong with my internet connectivity.
