Same issue, the game keeps crashing while starting ranked matches and crashes over and over again when trying to re-connect.
Never had the problem in battlegrounds though
Game starts and crashes every single game. I can get back in and keep playing sometimes, and sometimes it will crash every time you reconnect. I literally came back after 2 years to give this game a shot again and I wish I had never came back
Same problem here. Has now costed me multiple arena matches which is infuriating.

Bad enough that I guess I’m not going to play anymore until another patch comes out … bummer with all the new content to explore.
I would also note (and this has been a problem for a while) that I still can’t use my attached keyboard when talking to friends. It does work to search collection.

I’ve encountered multiple crashes on iPad lately.
I have an iPad Pro. Running the latest iOS.
I get a crash about every 3rd game.
No rhyme or reason that I can tell. Happens in solo content and ranked ladder.

iPad 7th generation, IOS13. Keep crashing all the time, have tried reinstalling a couple times but the problem persists. Lost quite a lot of stars…please fix it thanks.
Same issue with iPad air two, iOS version 13.3. I’m able to play some games but then it will crash and lock me out until after the game has been forfeited due to time out. Happening in rank and arena, making it almost unplayable. Does not seem to impact battle grounds. Maybe this is their way of trying to push us into battle grounds.
Submitted a ticket and was just referred here with no additional resolution or compensation for lost Arena runs
I think blizzard doesn’t really care about IPad players, as the game is crashing since MARCH 2019, and we’re in December, still waiting for a solution.
I work in front of a PC. I really don’t want to play also in front of a PC. I like to play laying on my bed with the IPad. And now it is impossible to play on IPad.
Honestly, I don’t have any hope that blizzard will fix it. It’s been 9 months with constant crashes, and we still didn’t get a solution. Blizzard wants only PC players.
iPad Pro 2nd generation running latest iOS 13 update. Started crashing regularly after last update on dec 10. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice same issue.
Same here. iPad Pro 2nd gen iOS 13. The game crashes in game when touching a card in hand. It also crashes before game.
I have the same problem. I have a IPad Pro 2 gen. and the game shutdown (crashes) after i touch a card on hand. Sometimes i need to restart 2 or 3 times the game…

same here with iPad 6th gen. iOS v. 13.3
Ranked or casual. it sometimes crashes when finding an opponent, but it always crashes when trying to reconnect.

Just wanted to add that it often crashes when trying to spectate friends too. Haven’t played battlegrounds in some time because it crashes in collection and games so i worry it could crash in battlegrounds too. iPad pro newest iPad os.

Same thing on my end. Constant crashing and has become unplayable.
