Ios and android separate progress

Hello, i am not sure if any of you encounter this issue before

So recently when i try to play back hearthstone, i was met with mobile loop issue on my ios device

Then i switch to android and play from there,but i notice all my progress is gone there and not link

Basically i got two separate id with android and ios

So now the loop issues are fixed and i play back on ios, all my effort and progress on android side are wasted

Anyway to resolve the issue or claim or merge? I am not greedy and asking to merge everything since i can claim twice of everything, but at least merge me the golds and cards i earned while i unable to play on my ios device

Anyone got experience on this issue before??

I don’t know if blizzard will help you , but i think the problem started becouse you created some confusion with accounts , and instead of log in your older hearthstone account when you moved to android , you created a new one and played there.

When you moved to androd you didn’t notice all your old ios account collection was missing ?

So now i suspect you have 2 accounts , one linked to apple ios mail , and the other linked to android google mail.

Both are linked to my battlenet account and using same gmail, same region and everything too,

I even can login both at once that is so weird

Hey there,

So it appears you are likely playing on different regions between devices. EU on one and US on the other.

Progress between the 2 is separate and cannot be merged so you will need to decide which region you want to play on with both phones (Or you can play each region if you want, just with separate progression.)

I can’t see which device is playing on which region so the best thing to do is logout on each device and at the login screen check which region the game is set to. Switch as needed and you should be good to go.
