Installation Stuck at 40%

Hi all!

Since the new patch came out, I tried to update the game and it did not work.
I tried everything: reinstalling the game, reinstalling Battle.net, cleaning cache and folders, VPN, Firewall, Internet connection, Antivirus… but still, every thime it gets stuck at 40% and stop downloading. The download speed remains at 0 b/s.

Edit: I tried to download Overwatch and I managed to complete the installation, so the issue is related to HS.

Do you have any idea? Yesterday it was working just fine.

Just start the download and wait. Had the same problem yesterday. Took over an hour until the update finally began.

Thank you for your answer. I waited many times, but nothing happened. It always arrives at 40-41% and then it stops completely.

I can leave it running in the background, but I see no progresses. I’m trying to donwload Overwatch and it continuously goes down to 0b/s, ti goes up for two secs and back to 0 again.

I don’t know if it’s a server problem or if it’s me. Everyone I see and follow is playing right now.
