On top of that, one has to remember if you see them getting codes, or doing actiblizz promos EVEN ONCE, they are on the hook with the company and can get banned for even thinking of stepping out of line.
Some of the more notable streamers walked away after the workplace harassment scandals, and especially after the Blitzchung debacle. Apparently, the company was able to entice a couple back (you can see who because they are streaming the actiblizz content again on twitch, youtube, etc), but one has to wonder what the company offered (or worse) to get that to happen.
