I have no disenchant option

For 2 weeks now I have NO disenchant option while in my card collection.

Does the button just not work or is it greyed out?

Are you sure you are not trying to disenchant core cards?

There is nothing there in that space

Came here because I’m having the same problem. I’ve opened dozens of packs and I know I got more than two of some of the cards, but when I go to the disenchant page the place where the usual button is located is just a grey image. In order to disenchant right now I’m having to go to each individual card. It’s been like this for a few days.

Have you tried to use the “Scan & Repair” function?

Where is that located? I play on pc and iPhone ?

I also go to the library to play on PC and it uninstalls after I leave so I’ve installed it about 8 times and same issue !

I sent blizzard a help ticket and they were useless. Saying stuff about internet connection and internet provider which has nothing to do with the issue !

There is no such option on an iPhone. You can try to clear the cache of the app.

On the PC there is a cogwheel symbol next to the big blue play button in the BattleNet client. There you will find the “Scan & Repair” option.

If that doesn’t help then you can try to remove the temp files.

Delete the following folders:

  • Battle.net
  • Battle.net_components
  • Blizzard Entertainment
