Helle tech supports i did what was told for the shop close problem to Uninstal the game and reinstall for the x numbered timed and now my account is set back to 0 as if i had never played before but i have been playing this game since day one and all of my gold i mean wtf blizz first the shop now its a full reset of my account plz fix this problem before other people get the same one and quit the
Are you sure you logged into the correct region? Above the blue play button in the BattleNet client is a button where the region can be changed.
Im on mobile i never seen that before but i can look it up
Not sure how it works on mobile but it looks like you need to logout and then can select a region during the login screen.
