Hey, second post I’ve ever made. Two weeks ago I had a collection worth several thousands of dust. I had 7 legendary neutral cards and like 5 legendary cards that belong to differing classes. Yesterday I logged in to see that I have 35 dust and all my legendary cards have been dusted and a quest was crafted for shaman who I almost never use. I believe that someone may have tracked my keys through my computer and took my information. I’ve been a loyal customer to blizzard and as a highschool student I can’t rebuild my deck because it would be too expensive. Please blizzard PLEASE bail me out and revert my account back to how it was 2 weeks ago if possible. If not, than I guess I have the worst of luck. I don’t ask for anything new, just what I had, please blizzard
No one on the forums can deal with account issues due to privacy/security concerns.
As mentioned in your other post, you will need to Contact Support directly via Live Chat or Open A Ticket.
Sorry for the probably stupid question but how do I live chat the support team
Use one of the Support links (usually at the top and/or bottom of the page); pick Hearthstone, then “Contact Support”.
Then select “Account and In-game”, followed by “Not listed here”.
That should get you to a selection for types of contact.
