Hey guys, first time posting on a forum. A week or two ago I had a whole collection of legendary cards, I came back on yesterday to see that there was only one legendary card for a character I don’t play, and that I only had 35 dust. I had atleast 7 neautral legendaries and about 4-5 legendary cards for other classes. Is there a way to revert my account back to how it was a couple weeks ago? I’ve spent a pretty decent sum of money on this game and I’m in highschool so I don’t really have a way to rebuild my collection. I don’t know what happened but I suspect either my PC was compromised and someone tracked my Keys or my account was hacked. Please blizzard I’ve been a loyal customer for years, Is it too much to ask to bail me out?
Account sharing is prohibited - go read the EULA about it.

Doesn’t matter if he’s your relative, it’s against ToS.

If you truly were hacked then blizzard can restore whatever actions might’ve happened on your account.
But they might refuse to do it, because he admitted to having shared the account with someone else. So they might claim that it’s his own fault, wouldn’t put it past Bli$$ard…

First: Double check that you didn’t accidentally log in to a different account, or to a different region. They all have their own collection.
Second: Change your password and don’t share it with ANYONE. Account sharing is against the rules. You could get your account deleted for it.
Third: As the others already suggested, open a support ticket and pray.

so…if I have all cards in the game and suddenly someone enters from OTHER part of the world and dust all my cards…I CAN RECOVER ALL OF THEM??
Possibly, if you were legitimately hacked and didn’t share your account.
It probably also helps to get your ticket assigned to a helpful/kind GM instead of a busy/crabby one.
i thought the game wouldnt let you log in without a code
whenever i play on someone else pc or phone for the first time i get a email with a code
That’s if you have an Authenticator attached to your account.

I doubt a random hacker did this to you. It’d be time wasted with no benefit for them. Depending how big your collection is that could be a lot more clicking than anyone would find fun on its own.
If I were the detective on the case, I’d look for someone you know, or who knows you…
