Yes, I’ve checked customer support team, and on one of the last section is asks me to attach a picture of your government-issued photo ID, which I assume it is an identity card(?)thus, I do not have it, since I am below the age requirements to make them.
How can I elaborate?
I did a quick google-search “hearthstone i only know my battletag” and pop up hearthpwn and saw some people having the same problem as I am, and their email are being shown only at the first, and last letter. Can you, by any chance do the same? I can’t drop the link though.

You don’t have passport or any other document? It sounds unbelievable.
gmail is too widely used mail service. This way you can guess and claim ownership on almost every account including my one.

Driver license, bank card, whatever with your name and photo that your stat gave to you. Or you are 6 years old? Then call parents.
