I left an Arena run at 3-2 before the expansion launched. When entering the arena today it said I received 50 Gold and a Rise of shadows pack but when I came back to the menu the rewards were not there.
I tried relaunching Hearthstone as well as logging out and logging back in but the issue still persists.
What can I do to fix the problem?
