After new update I can’t play anything because all options are dead (hearthstone, bg, mercs…). Does anyone have same problem? I play on windows 7, and I hope it is not a problem… Thanks for any suggestion.

On battlenet client go to arrow next to logo click on get help
Then click on technical and contact support.
Thanks, but it is impossible to contact them. They need dxdiag file to upload. I find it in system 32, but I can not upload it because “it is invalide file”.
But thanks, any suggestion is welcome because I play this game for many years and I love it.

Try using the repair option, it’s all I can think of.
It’s the last thing I can think of on “your end” and will prove it’s a “them issue.”
They’ll still blame Comcast (even if you live hundreds of miles away form their service area), swamp gas reflecting off of venus from a weather balloon before they will ever admit they don’t spend their billions made each year on upgrading their servers, infrastructure, and protecting it from attacks.
