Hello, I can’t just start playing heartstone because the start playing button is not active, instead the game asks me to select a free rating deck and I’m not given the opportunity to refuse, and when I click the deck viewer button and click get for free (one of the presented ones) and click OK, then for some reason nothing happens. In other words, the game requires me to select a deck so that I can click play on the main menu, although nothing happens when I click get. the problem started about 5 hours ago, I had already chosen a free rating deck earlier, and today the game requires me to choose more. Help me solve the problem, otherwise I can’t play at all, instead of the usual deck selection screen and the play button on my screen, the game asks me to select a free rating deck.

Same here. I appreciate the free deck but now i can’t play it! As stated earlier, i have already selected a free deck previously so why am i even being offered another.
