I can’t access the hearthstone. When trying to connect; I see that in my friend’s account, I see myself connected in the store, this happened when I went to buy from Tyrande, who, after a while, disconnected from the server.
And when he comes back in (both on the PC and on the phone) he tells me that he cannot connect to the server.
I have tried several times, and nothing, I can not enter the game.
I need technical help, please

Same issue here. Was trying to get the Tyrande, game froze and re-launched the app. Cant get in the game since than. Cant even go online on battlenet sometimes. Cleared the cache, restarted network and the PC. Tried on mobile device. Nope, nothing works. All my friends can get in, i can log-in from another acc. but not mine.
