I still can not disenchant ! I came here before with the issue! I got no help ! I contacted Blizzard and got NO HELP ! B.S about internet connection and uninstalling ! I have reinstalled the game 10 times on different library computers . Reinstalled it multiple times on my IPhone and still have NO option to disenchant all! The outline is there. I am getting so damn frustrated! It is an issue on blizzards end with my account !
