Hey all,

There’s a resurgence of this particular error and as far as we can tell it’s account related. The devs are looking into why this is happening now. We appreciate the reports.

Whenever I open Heartstone, it gives me an error saying “Oops! Playful sprites have disrupted Hearthstone as it was connecting to our servers. Please wait a few minutes for them to disperse and try again.”
There is also an error code at the top right of the screen that says, “HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0”
This has been going on for a few hours. I have reinstalled the game, but it still does not load.

Same issue, I can log on to US but not EU.

Same issue. Cant log in to EU but US works for whatever reason.

What’s kind of interesting is that its possible to log in to my brother’s account without any issue whatsoever. But if I then try to log in on my own account I get the 303 error again… So the problem is connected to specific accounts(?)

bonjour j’avais le même soucis j’ai lancer le jeux via mobile sa a mis un petit temps a charger sa ma lancer une carte et j ai retenter de relancer sur pc et j’ai pu me reconnecter donc je vous conseille de connecter votre compte via mobile et te relancer votre jeux sur le pc après bien a vous en espérant que j’ai pu vous aider

I tried loading the game on my phone(Android), but I am still receiving the exact same error messages…

same thing on my end, been happening since late yesterday afternoon, no reply from blizzard at all, seems to be a problem on there end, refunds inc?

Got a response from a ticket an hour ago. It almost felt like an auto answer, but atleast it said its ‘a known issue’ and that they are working on it.

Same issue, tried every fix i could find,

This is a old bug that came up in January in 2020. I see a old thread about it, and eventually they resolved it. Can you fix mine also please? My account is IHOP. I am the prior world champion Hunter from 2009.

Thanks for the reply! Account related sounds about right. I can log in on my brother’s account from my computer, but cant log into my account.

I have the same problem since yesterday. Hope it is resolved soon.
