Dont you know how the real world works do you realy think the maintenance costs and manpower to run it just magically appears???
I have been using the site for years free of charge along with 99% of the people that go there , those 1% that actually pay for extra data are the ones that keep the site going for people like you and me…
I’ve been using the paid version since it’s dirt cheap and helps me get a better understanding of what I can expect to play at any point in my laddering and make more informed decisions about which decks to play. The free version only gives me data up to the gold level which is a large number of players but is a range I spend less than a week in each month
It may be a service you aren’t willing to pay for. It may be a service you find unnecessary or ridiculous. It doesn’t constitute a scam, because of that.
And where is this proof it is either giving or selling our data?
Anyway, back to subject
I use hsreplay to watch d5-d1 matches, where the real fire is. Stats are mostly bs because they count for a small slice of pie, and you can see in other sites they don’t really cover even 100k games per report, while normally there are millions.
I use the sites offered here too, tempostorm and VS are good choices as well.
That’s your evidence? This is to say you have none, so resort to a sarcastic ad hominem.
It’s okay to admit what you suspect. Don’t expect a real discussion if you refuse to admit this but rather pretend like your suspicions are fact, having no evidence. Then again, you don’t want a real discussion but would prefer others blindly agree with you.
Facebook is a different organization entirely. Facebook and it’s misgivings do not translate into that every other website and company sell your information. While possible, one still should require evidence. Otherwise you may as well believe anything.
HS replay shows your data to the people who spend the money to access it. And you would think that you would get to see the data too since you were the one contributing to it but NOOOO. HS replayer sells your data
We both know you weren’t solely referring to data in the sense of what premium HS sells. If you were you should have made that clear, because this data in particular is not included in their service with any malicious intent. So, who cares? How does this negatively affect you? It doesn’t. And so what’s your point here?
HS replay is profiting off of the hard data that we collect and sells it to make profit. They are selling our data and not even giving us free access to it!
with that logic you should only be given access to data of your rank and nothing else. also, im fairly certain the user agreement for using the deck tracker cover exactly that and removes any ways for petty people to try and sue their usage of data to create statistics
They’re selling your win and loss rates. They’re selling a very niche aspect of your overall data transparently. If we’re talking about that specific data, again I ask, what point are you making? We all know they sell this data and it’s harmless. Do they sell some of this specific data to premium users? Yes. Do we all know when we download and install this application that this is going to happen? Yes.
How is this an argument against HSreplay? So what?
(I edited my post because I had confused your statements with someone else’s.)
