I’m having an issue with Hearthstone Mobile.
I can’t log into my own Battle.net account. (For context, I’m playing on a Samsung A07, region: South America/Brazil)
Whenever I try to sign in my Battle.net account, the game opens but gets stuck in a loop, sending me back to the in-game login screen with the “Later” or “Connect” options. I also get various error messages at times when trying to connect.
I can play normally using the generic guest account, but I’m never able to connect with my Battle.net account.
I’ve tried reinstalling, login with google, authenticator, VPN, all manner of connections. The game is fully updated, I’ve already done a clean installation, and it doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue since I was able to play two matches on the guest account without any problems.
If you check the play store reviews, specifically in Brazil, you’ll see a LOT of bad reviews because of this exact same problem.
