How to fix priest (with 2 chooses)

Convincing infiltrator = remove taunt or up it to 6 or 7

Mass resurrection = down it to 2 minions or make so can’t summon multiple copies of 1 minion that die (if a minion you play die you can resurrect 1 copy of it not multiple copies)

Catrin muerte = up her to 10 or make so she only bring back minions that die that turn

Clearic of scales = if hold a dragon discover a copy of a spell in your deck or (no or I feel buff like this bring dragon priest back)

(priest) Galakron = change hero power to all Healing cause damage for 1 turn or change hero power to take 5 damage destroy 1 random minion (both sides) (also advoid raising coast)

Plauge of death (not really fix but) = 10 mana to even it out for even priest

(next time I do wild)

Edit: Priest mains ever help balance or be quit because ever make changes now or you class could be nerf into ground at some point in now or wild history

Removing taunt makes the minion worthless. Upping the cost to 6 or 7 means little against slow decks, and is game-losing against aggro. You’re basically making Rez Priest’s matchups extremely polarized.

Better lower the mana cost then.

It already works like this, I thought? You can’t resurrect two copies of a minion unless two of that minion died.

This is an insanely powerful buff. Shadow Visions was a busted card, and bringing it back for cheaper (even with a conditional trigger) seems like a terrible idea.

This would nerf what’s already arguably the weakest Galakrond into uselessness.

Meh Priest had a 7 mana resurrection spell that was better.

Wasn’t she already nerfed once? She only works in a dedicated deck around her, thus her effect is ok for the mana.

It’s a trash card in this meta; still a tech vs druid and other speciifc archetypes, that’s why I run it in HL Priest.

Priest dones’t have high enough healing spell or other dmg spells, this would make Priest unplayable. Destroying 1 random minion is terrible weak in this meta.

Problem is none of those are even the problem. Its the discovery mechanic soul mirror, apotheosis, Death rattle summon 2x of this, Board wipes, discovering more board wipes, and the resources it takes to kill there minions.

no mass Ress bring back multiple copys of a minion

I had a priest bring back 6 Convincing ingiltrator but only play 1

If a minion dies once, it only comes back once. If the same minion comes back with Psychopomp, then yes, two copies (or three) will come back with Mass Resurrect. But the way your original post is written, it’s unclear if that’s what you meant.

A minion needs to die for it to be in the pool of ressurects. If you have 1 minion die all game long and cast mass ress then only 1 minion and 1 copy of that minion come back. You wont get 3 of them you get 1. If a minion dies 3 times you can get 3 copies of it with mass ress.

Ressurection say bring a minion that die back example if you in a wow raid you friend dies and you Ress him there only him but latter on if mass ress the party not going get 2 of your friend only going get 1

next off if we apply this to card game if hath 2 copies of a card and bring it back it get destroy and ress mass ress you should only get 2 copies then whip again and mass ress you only get those 2 (nothing more)

only priest play defending nothing wrong with no argument to balance just what keep there class unfun to vs so can keep get easy wins to farm gold and Stars for rank

if someone can say no feel it not a broken class with real proof not Win % because win % is bad way balance things considering RNG can mess those numbers ups

after all through this I seen no strong arguments to keep this cards way they are beside fact it hurt priest players feelings that can’t cheap out wins

WELL, then Dragon Priest might see more play. Currently, without draw, the proposed buff wouldn’t matter that much, it would only really be better in the mirror.

I feel like it would be powerful enough to justify adding (or expanding) a dragon package to Galakrond/Highlander decks, to be honest. Shadow Visions was practically mandatory on Priest decks while it was in Standard, and as long as you have a dragon in hand, this is a cheaper Shadow Visions with a 1/1 body attached to it.

Don’t get me wrong, I would love to see more support for Dragon Priest, but that seems like a huge power spike.

Without draw, it doesn’t matter. Even if you have another copy of Soul Mirror in your deck, what is the use, if you can’t draw it? (Same reason that elephant from SA is trash in standart Priest, unless in the mirror)
Well, I still prefer dragon HL over Gala HL, simply because of Cleric of Scales. In practice, cleric is a second Zeph.

But you are the one that is wrong in how ressurect works.

If you want to change it to max ress 2 of a copy say that then. Or else you will have to fix a LOT of mechanics in this game that work in similar ways as ressurect does.

EDIT: I would love to not having tons of frogs or sheeps getting ressurected just because one minion got transformed and i got it back over and over.
