AFAIK there’s no time limit on it - it’s a new feature, not a promotion action.
So unless Team 5 chooses to alter the “new player experience” again, it should stay indefinitely.
This deck is not the only freeby you’ll get on your way to rank 25, there’s a number of quests und certain milestones, those will give you gold, dust or packs.
