How do I report a player using a bot or autoclicker?

I can only find that the players can be reported through the friends list, but I doubt he will accept.

I played a game in wild against a warrior except he only hero powered. You can see the highlight of his actions and he was clicking his hero power every 5 seconds, then 2 seconds & then 5 seconds after that and so on. Thus he was roping every turn. He was either using a defective bot of some sort of auto clicker.
