Anyone knows how to get the Overwatch Cardback? I check and Overwatch Origins its not on the shop.

Yes, it is obtainable. I can confirm that but needed some investigation to get it. 
Overwatch 1 is no longer exists, but you still can buy digital goodies pack, which is including this card back, I just got it! I have found a website which is offering it with 80% off. It is cheap, good luck!
