I wish there was a few more slots available in the shop that were dedicated to Legacy Expansion skins.
I’ve been waiting for one I’ve been after for a while; I just don’t understand why they would be cutting out their opportunities for purchases like that.
Artificial Scarcity + FOMO = $$$
If you could buy it whenever, you’d have bought it several years ago, once, and your engagement with the shop would be consequentially diminished. You might not have any reason to open it up ever again.
However, since you can instead only buy it when THEY say you can, and you NEVER know when that will be, definitively, that means your engagement with the shop is probably weekly. Even if you never buy a single thing because they never make your white whale available at a time when you are able and willing to purchase it, the fact that they have you invested in shop engagement is still a net win for them.
