I like buying skin but the rate of appearance in the shop is so slow and the skins I want never show up! It would be nice if Blizz would make a section on the shop of heroes’ skin only and rotate them more often, that way I can finish my skin collection!

I feel the same.
They could make more money doing this, so I can’t see why they haven’t done it yet.
Same with having occasional % off sales on things.
Yeah, a Hero shop section would be nice… mainly now since I have decided to buy some finally.
